1.0 INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

This protocol governs the storage and transmission of sender metadata across the cyberhavox.xyz domain. Information is processed in a secure sandbox environment to facilitate professional booking requests, OSINT queries, and direct contact options.

2.0 DATA RETENTION MATRICES

2.1 Contact Transmissions

Data submitted via the Encrypted Transmission forms (such as Sender Name, Return Email, and optional Phone details) is securely logged in Firestore database tables. This data is strictly utilized for corresponding on career queries or partnership offers and is never shared with third-party tracking entities.

2.2 Secure Bookings & Payments

Booking transactions are handled via Razorpay payment systems. No credit card, bank details, or sensitive financial information is logged or stored locally on our servers. Booking scheduling inputs (date, time slot, and mentoring targets) are retained only to generate secure conference links.

3.0 ENCRYPTED COMMS & ACCESS

Under current compliance policies, users retain full control over their records. You may request the absolute deletion or sanitization of your contact details, active booking references, or logs by raising an encryption override request directly to the administrator.

Communication channels are secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) protocols. Data at rest is encrypted in Google Firebase clusters.
