By accessing the cyberhavox.xyz website, dynamic threat logs, OSINT recon interfaces, and booking protocols, you declare adherence to these terms. All tools are offered under security evaluation constraints.
2.0 SERVICE PROVISIONS & BOOKINGS
2.1 Mentoring & Consultations
Bookings scheduled via the `/book` terminal represent reserved time blocks. Paid sessions are processed securely via Razorpay. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the slot time. Refunds are not issued for no-shows or unannounced absences.
2.2 Public Tools Usage
Public scripts and utilities (such as the Passive OSINT Recon dashboard or Incident Response Simulator) are provided solely for educational, research, and self-testing purposes. You agree not to abuse, automate queries extensively, or exploit the API endpoints of these tools.
3.0 DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
All documentation, logs, checklists, and tools are provided "as-is" without explicit or implied warranty. Cybersecurity guidelines listed in threat logs represent lab demonstrations and should be executed in controlled test sandboxes only.
The administrator does not assume responsibility for potential data loss, hardware failure, or unauthorized system compromise occurring from improper application of threat laboratory checklists.
